Banana-Pineapple Ice

Note: whenever you have ripe (not black) bananas that you can't use up fast enough, peel them, wrap them in saran wrap or put in baggies, and put in your freezer. You can use them in fruit smoothies or this instant dessert.


1 cup canned crushed pineapple with its juice

2 tablespoons Benefiber®*

4 frozen bananas


Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until just smooth.

Yield: 2-4 servings

*The maximum daily intake of Benefiber for adults is 5 tablespoons, for children 7-11 years of age 2.5 tablespoons. Ask your doctor before using with children 6 and under.
