Frosty Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup orange juice or other fruit juice

2 tablespoons Benefiber®*

1 banana

2 cups frozen fruit of your choice -- peaches, berries, melon, or whatever you have.

Instructions

Place the juice and Benefiber in a blender and blend 30 seconds. Add the banana and blend until smooth. Blend in the frozen fruit.

Yield: 2 servings

*The maximum daily intake of Benefiber for adults is 5 tablespoons, for children 7-11 years of age 2.5 tablespoons. Ask your doctor before using with children 6 and under.
